Hello lovely,

I’m Adora and I’m a 30 year old designer based in Surrey. I created this online journal as a way to outwardly showcase my passions and what makes me authentically me. 

I started my professional life as a personal style and thrift blogger, with a focus on the use of vintage fashion and styling in the modern world, but without breaking the bank. From there I continued to expand my vintage collections, with a keen eye for anything with a puff sleeve, a larger than life collar or a flared leg. 

It was at this point that I ventured into the world of both fashion and textiles at a deeper level, developing my understanding of garment manufacturing and building a love for print design. I have always loved being in nature and exploring it’s scents and visual drama and so this has always inspired my work. 

It was then in Spring 2020 that I created Adora Floral Design, a one woman floral design service with a focus on romantic and magical ingredients for the most dreamy floral occasions - the wedding day and the home.

I individually craft a range of flower arrangements, from the bridal bouquet to bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières and bud vases, but always with a strong vision and overall design in mind. I develop a bespoke colour scheme and key ingredients for my clients special day, which they themselves often then use across various other elements of their wedding. 

I have a flair for so many aspects of design, and it can be hard to keep track of them all, but I hope this space will showcase them all in their unique intricacies, and give a glimpse into my flower filled life.
